Our friends at AOK (Acts of Kindness) Friends host a weekly feed for Seattle's homeless and they would love to have your support!
On the 2nd Sunday of each month, Seattle Singles joins the serve with AOK and then sometimes follows it with a group lunch or coffee afterwards.
If you would like to make a difference in the life of homeless people, come on out and join us! We'll be there for the food serve at 1:00 pm. Hope to see you there!

Details from AOK:
Every Sunday AOK Friends, a non-profit organization of dedicated community members committed to serving the homeless, hosts a weekly food service for Seattle's Homeless.
Serving begins at 1:00 pm at the Outdoor Meal Site in Downtown Seattle (6th Ave & Columbia St). We recommend that you get to the site at 12:50 pm and check in with Jaime or John or one of the other group leaders.
If you would like to bring food to hand out, that would be great. Bottled water, hard-boiled eggs, homemade or store bought cookies or other treats are all greatly appreciated.
If you wish, you are also welcome to make a monetary donation to AOK Friends. You can make checks out to "AOK Friends" and bring them to the serve or mail them to 5023 16th Ave NE, Rm B-3, Seattle, WA 98105 or you can pay through Paypal (www.paypal.com) by clicking Send Money and entering aokcommandcenter@gmail.com in the recipient box. If you would to make a food donation, please contact us to arrange a drop-off. Thank you all for your interest in helping others.
